2006 Golf Membership Fees
$2400.00 One time initiation fee (initiation fee must be paid to become a golf member or social member from all new residents or re-sale homes)
- $1450.00 Annual Full membership fee for a couple
- $1150.00 Annual Full membership fee for a single
- $750.00 3 month Full membership fee for a couple
- $600.00 3 month Full membership fee for a single
Cart Access Fees
- $1300.00 Annual Cap Access Fee per couple
- $1000.00 Annual Cap Access Fee for a single
- $1100.00 6 month Cap Access Fee
- $600.00 3 month Cap Access Fee for a single/ Can only be purchased
with a 3 month membership.
- $650.00 3 month Cap Access Fee for a couple/ Can only be purchased
with a 3 month membership.
If a member does not choose to pay the Cap Access Fee up front, they may do so
